Rovinj
This wonderful town situated on Istrian peninsula has been often called as Dubrovnik of the north in recent times offers a great historical center surrounded by unique natural landscape. The peninsula itself was an island which was later adapted to its current look during the 18th century which can be seen in its unusual design with narrow streets and buildings.
The location of the town made it possible to enjoy extremely mild climate through the whole year which resulted in expansion of fishing industry which ensures high quality supply to the local restaurant scene.
In the city itself the main attraction is the Old Town which contains many museums and old buildings that dazzle the imagination of visitors. With main attractions being Batana Eco Museum and main square of Rovinj.
